Two journalists will be inducted into the Alabama Newspaper Hall of Fame Saturday in Auburn, Ala.
Sam H. Oliver, who was owner and editor of the The LaFayette Sun, and Ralph W. Sears, who was owner and editor of the The Shelby County Reporter, will be inducted posthumously by the Alabama Press Association.
The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. Central in the Ralph Brown Draughon Library on the campus of Auburn University.
