A free banquet, including lunch and drinks and desserts, will be served on the 14th Street pedestrian bridge from noon-3 p.m. Saturday.
Organized by about 20 churches and non-profits, "Banquet on the Bridge" is a means to get people together who might not otherwise meet: various races, religions and socioeconomic backgrounds.
This is the third year of the banquet.
No tickets are required for admission.
