Pre-Mother's Day explosion in Box Springs

A Pre-Mother's Day explosion will be at Welcome Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Saturday. The church is located on U.S. 80 East.

Featured on the program will be the Rev. G.F. Briscoe, pastor of Welcome Baptist. Also on the program: the Welcome Baptist Senior Choir; the Joyful Clouds of Joy from Junction City; the Starlight Gospel Singers from Columbus; the Lifeline Gospel Singers of Geneva; and the Magnificent Sons of God of Geneva.

The event is sponsored by the Lifette Gospel Singers of Geneva.
