    The Fourth Annual Grand Columbus Whitewater Paddle on the Chattahoochee River attracted Saturday both rafters and kayakers. Rafting and paddling was all day, with the "Powerhouse Paddler Party" kicking off at 3 p.m. on the island overlooking the Waveshaper rapids. Organizers hoped to attract more than 2,000 paddlers to the event. Here are a few of the highlights.
