Sebastian Moore, a Russell County middle school teacher once accused of sexually abusing a special education student in April 2006, has been arrested.
Moore was booked into the Russell County Jail yesterday on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $1,500. He was released yesterday.
Moore coaches and teaches at Russell County Middle school.
A grand jury indicted Moore in August 2006 on charges of first-degree sexual abuse after he was accused of touching a 17-year-old special education student on school property. The charges were dismissed in June 2007.
