Columbus police continue in their search for a second man they say was involved in the April 5 shooting at the Foxy Lady Lounge.
Dimarcus Shelling, 28, was shot multiple times in the head, stomach and leg after being involved in a fight at the Victory Drive gentleman's club, police said. He was taken to The Medical Center in critical condition and wasn't able to speak with officers for days.
Shelling has since been released from the hospital.
When he did talk, police arrested Milton Randall, 34, of Decatur, Ga., and Clinton Lamar Scott, 29, of Jonesboro, Ga., said Sgt. Frank Massa. Both were taken into custody April 8, though Scott was able to make bond on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, driving while license suspended, theft by receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon. Massa said Scott made bond before he was connected to the aggravated assault at the lounge.
"We've got an outstanding warrant for Scott," Massa said.
Randall is currently being held in the Muscogee County Jail on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon.
"He also has a warrant pending for armed robbery out of Atlanta," Massa said.
