The Columbus man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend will appear in Recorder's Court next week.
Javon Elshawn Thompson, 22, has been charged with murder, family violence and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with the shooting death of Sarahonica Thrasher.
He was originally scheduled to appear in Recorder's Court today at 8 a.m., but his case was continued so that he would have time to obtain private counsel. He is now scheduled to appear in Recorder's Court on Tuesday, June 10 at 8 a.m.
