Wayne Anthony and Morton Harris of Columbus recently attended meetings in Washington, D.C. to discuss expanding the House of Heroes program across the country and having the White House become actively involved in the effort.
Anthony is a Columbus city councilor and President of House of Heroes. Harris is an attorney and one of the founders of the Small Business Council of America. He is currently vice president of the SBCA for corporate sponsors.
While in Washington Anthony and Harris met with the President's staff at the White House and with Congressional staffs. Anthony also made a presentation to the SBCA at their annual governmental affairs program.
