The Russell County Sheriff's Office has charged a suspect in the slaying of a 30-year-old Fort Mitchell, Ala., woman whose body was was discovered Thursday afternoon in Russell County.
Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry said the body of Tiffany Folmar was found in the woods about 40 feet from train tracks near Gilmore Road in Fort Mitchell. She was pronounced dead at 1:55 p.m. and her body was sent to Montgomery for an autopsy, Sumbry said.
The woman was reported missing Monday night by her family, according to the Russell County Sheriff's Office. Sumbry said it was her family who first located Folmar's body off Highway 165.
