Atlanta R&B singer Bobby Valentino performs at tonight's grand opening of Tabu Night Club, a new 21-and-older party spot on Midtown Drive.
The action starts around 9 p.m. at 1836 Midtown Drive. Cover is $15. No tennis shoes or athletic wear.
The club, which caters to a "grown and sexy" clientele, includes a DJ booth, extensive VIP areas, three bars and a dance area. A full non-smoking restaurant is included, too.
Club co-owners Travis Steele and Ann Riddick expect to host some promotions with hip-hop radio station Foxie 105. In addition, the club will kick things off with a $100,000 "Crack the Code" competition.
