Auburn police have arrested a man accused of breaking into a vehicle Saturday.
Robert E. Smith of Auburn, is charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle and third-degree theft of property.
The charges stem from an investigation into a report of a vehicle burglary that occurred earlier that day at an apartment complex on West Glenn Avenue.
Personal property valued at $425 was stolen from the victim's vehicle.

Smith, 21, was taken into custody and transported to the Lee County jail to await bond.
