Mindful of recent economic events, the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts feels that people deserve a chance to forget their financial woes, even for a few hours.
"The good people of Columbus have done and continue to do so much for the arts that RiverCenter has voted to approve a never before seen Entertainment Stimulus Package," said executive director Enoch Morris.
With that in mind, tickets for any seat in the Bill Heard Theatre is $10 for Scrap Arts Music on Oct. 28, the L.A. TheatreWorks presentation of "War of the Worlds/The Lost World" on Nov. 1 and the operetta "Pirates of Penzance" on Nov. 14.
Those who have already purchased full price tickets to those shows will receive a free ticket.
Never miss a local story.
The $10 tickets and the free ticket for those who have already paid full price are available only in the RiverCenter Box Office, 900 Broadway.
