We know that most of you who make New Year's resolutions resolve to lose weight.
Columbus State University's Continuing Education Division has a plan for you. It's a two-week fitness program that runs Jan. 6-17.
Those who get bored with the same exercise regimen can sample different fitness classes every night. Choose from Pilates, yoga, body sculpting, turbo kick, sculpt and tone, swing dance, salsa dance, snorkeling and more.
You choose the classes and sign up for one week or for both weeks.
Students get individual attention and a chance to find out which regimen works best for their lifestyle.
The Fitness Blitz ends on Jan. 17 with a free dance lesson, 7-8 p.m. There's an optional dance social from 8-10 p.m. for $20.
