Reese Road Elementary will hold a Parent Institute to give parents information about the Criterion-Referenced Competency Exam on Thursday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Student scores on the CRCT, a state standardized test, help determine if a school make adequate yearly progress according to the guidelines under the federal No Child Left Behind Act; in some grades, the scores are also key in determining if a student is promoted.
CRCT testing will be April 14-24.
Thursday’s parent night at Reese Road will give parents information and tips for success on the CRCT.
