A Columbus woman was cut with a knife when two men assaulted her early Saturday.
Police met with the woman around 1:30 a.m. at The Medical Center’s emergency room, where the victim was treated for a cut on her left arm. The 23-year-old told police two men attacked her near the intersection of Hunter and Floyd roads about an hour earlier.
Police noted in their report that it was unknown whether the woman knew her attackers or if the assault involved gang activity.
