The Columbus Health Department will kick off its annual Farmer's Market Nutrition Program for the Women Infants and Children's (WIC) Program on July 17.
Nutritious, fresh fruits and vegetables will be available for purchase for those with WIC vouchers in the back parking lot of the Health Department, Health and Human Service building, 2100 Comer Ave., Columbus.
The hours will be 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Produce will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
WIC participants must bring their WIC Card and a picture identification to receive Farmer's Market coupons for free produce.
