A Chihuahua mix that was found shaved and marked up with an ink pen last week has found a home.
Officials at the Columbus Animal Care and Control Center said the dog was adopted at 10:05 this morning.
The dog has the word "TRIX" and three dollar signs written on his left side, eight more dollar signs written on his right side, black rings around both eyes, and a face drawn on his rear end making the tail appear to be a nose.
One of the workers at the animal shelter nicknamed the pooch, "My Graffiti Dog."
The dog was picked up last Friday from a home in Midtown. Cheryl Myers called Animal Control after the animal showed up on her front stoop and would not leave.
