Tonight, we'll find out whether TV viewers can learn to love a reality dating competition nicknamed "The Fatchelor."
Its real name? "More to Love," a "Bachelor"-inspired show that airs on Fox. The twist, of course, is that the contestants are billed as average people. The dating pool spans "20 voluptuous ladies" and the main man, Luke Conley, weighs over 300 pounds.
Some say the show is step in the right direction for reality TV, a welcome portrayal of real people.
Others, meanwhile, say "More to Love" marks a new TV low. It reinforces stereotypes and suggests only overweight men are attracted to overweight women, critics maintain.
Where do you stand?
"More to Love" premieres 9 p.m. tonight on Fox.
