Valley police are investigating the mysterious death of a three-year-old boy.
According to a press release, Valley police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 55th Street on Aug. 12 in reference to a child not breathing. They found Braydon Moss, 3, lying at the foot of a residential driveway.
He was unresponsive and showed signs of trauma, police said. Valley EMS examined the child and notified the coroner.
A vehicle was impounded in the case. It was examined this morning and forensic evidence was recovered from the vehicle's undercarriage.
The case is being investigated by Valley Police Department, the Chambers County Coroner's Office, the Office of the District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit and the Department of Forensic Science's Medical Examiner's Office.
