For the tenth year in a row, Aflac has made Training Magazine's Training Top 125 list for 2010.
The list recognizes companies for innovative employer-sponsored training and development initiatives.
"Appearing on Training Magazine's list of Training Top 125 illustrates our commitment to building and maintaining a highly skilled workforce," Audrey Boone Tillman, Aflac executive vice president of corporate services, said in a statement.
Aflac has several employee training programs, including online self-study courses for employees who don't have time to attend formal classes as well as 15 mini-series courses for those who can't be away from work long but need specific training.
Editors at Training Magazine, a professional development publication, chose companies based on demonstrable results, progress of programs, innovation, success factors, training strategically linked to business goals and more.
