A Carver High teacher has been removed from the classroom after he allegedly used profanity in front of students.
Vincent Szentadorjany, a construction teacher at Carver High, was removed from the classroom and reported to the Professional Standards Commission, which governs teacher ethics, Muscogee County School District spokesperson Valerie Fuller said.
Fuller said the incident occurred on May 11th and allegedly involved Szentadorjany using profane language directed at a student and in front of other students. The incident was reported to the district by a student and a parent.
Fuller said all employees are expected to adhere to a professional code of ethics.
Szentadorjany has taught at Carver since August 2008. He has been employed with the district since 2007 and has also served as a leader of carpentry and zone maintenance in the Plant Services Division.
