One of the men implicated by authorities in the River Road Pharmacy fire had his probation revoked Tuesday and was sent by a judge to 12 months at the Muscogee County Prison.
Michael Lowery, 29, faces charges including arson in the Sept. 27 fire that destroyed the pharmacy at 5100 River Road. Tuesday morning, Lowery appeared before Muscogee County Superior Court Chief Judge John Allen, attorneys said.
Lowery was given three years’ probation in October on drug charges, Assistant District Attorney Kristy Dugan said. He was arrested March 22.
“During that time, he didn’t do any of the things he was supposed to do on probation,” Dugan said.
