A 50-year-old man was robbed at The Landings Tuesday afternoon while he sat in his car, Columbus police said.
The man was sitting in a parking lot near Fuddruckers around 12:50 p.m. when a man approached, knocked his window out and held something to his throat, said Lt. Lynn Joiner.
A second man then took something out of his car while a third suspect disabled the man’s vehicle.
Joiner declined to say what was stolen from the car.
The three suspects who may have been with a fourth man then left in a 2002 or 2004 tan or gold Chevrolet Impala that didn’t appear to have a license tag, the lieutenant said.
No injuries were reported, Joiner added.
Police have partial descriptions of the suspects. One of them was a white man, 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds. He wore a blue shirt and a ski mask, Joiner said.Another man had a beige or light-colored shirt.
