Bobby Martin, the son of Cal and Cindy Martin of Columbus, has spent the past year as a sous chef, studying in the South of France. He'll be the guest chef at the Village Kitchen, 1328 13th St., Suite 3, in The Village on Thirteenth, across from the Lewis Jones Food Market.
His menu will include Cheese Souffle with Tomato Coulis, Phyllo-Encrusted Scallops with Apple Beurre Blanc and Green Apples and a Molten Chocolate Cake with Berry Coulis.
Certified sommelier Faye Simmons of Meritage will pair wines with Martin's menu
$50, plus the wine tasting.
