Lee County authorities arrested six people Saturday on accusations they gave alcohol to minors at a Halloween party, reports state.
Lee County sheriff’s deputies responded to a Lee Road 112 home in Opelika, Ala., after a tip from an anonymous caller. When they arrived, they found a large group of minors at the house and different types of alcoholic drinks that appeared to be available and provided to the minors, said Capt. Van Jackson.
Deputies took the following into custody: Michael Eugene Patterson 19; Timothy Brian Dykes 19; Justin B. Choron 19; Adam Yates 18; Michael Hunter Bell 20; and Arthur William Wiley 19, all of Opelika, Each faces a count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and minor in possession of alcohol, the captain said.
According to Jackson, those arrested own the home and hosted the party.
