A man who called for an ambulance early Monday was accused of asking for medical help when it wasn’t needed, reports state.
William Parrish, 49, is accused of calling for the ambulance at 3:47 a.m. When it arrived at the Circle K, 1408 Veterans Parkway, the suspect said he didn’t feel good, police said.
One EMT said that the suspect had recently been released from The Medical Center and that he calls “several times” every day, reports state.
Police said that the suspect appeared drunk. He told officers that he’d had “a few beers,” reports state.
