The lighting of the Ludy's Christmas Light Spectacular is at 6 p.m. tonight.
The Ludys, at 5784 Ironstone Drive, is perhaps the best known residential Christmas display in the Chattahoochee Valley. More than 90,000 lights that cover the home and yard blink in unison to music playing over 90.1 FM. The display incorporates homes to either side and across the street.
Viewers can see snowmen toss snowballs from one home to another. This year, they'll also see a frog jump out of a present on the Ludys' roof, jump to the home next door and finally land in a birdbath.
A donation box to the Make-A-Wish Foundation sits outside the Ludys' home.
Anyone can have their Christmas display put on an online map for anyone to see. Just click here for more information.
