The Columbus Museum is holding a photography competition and exhibit. Right now, the museum is looking for entries from you.
Historic photos, from the Columbus State University Archives, have been chosen that shows our region's historic past.
What you have to do is document through photographs, our culture today. You can go the the Columbus Museum's Flickr page and look at the historic photographs. The go out and take pictures of that same site and make the photo your own.
Your photo should be the "Now" to the historic photo's "Then."
Never miss a local story.
You can then upload your pictures on the Museum's Flickr page through 5 p.m. Jan. 31.
A panel of judges will select the photographs based on creativity, composition and technical quality. You can upload as many pictures as you like, but only 20 will be chosen for the exhibit, "Now and Then III," which begins March 19. The top three photographs will be announced during the reception on March 24.
