Christmas is a bullet, have mercy on us everyone
You know the drill, people: It's only three weekends until Christmas, if you count this one. That means you've got to put down the gin and juice, grab your maxed out credit cards and hit the mean streets of Columbus' shopping districts.
BidOnColumbus.com: Or you can do all your Christmas shopping from the comfort of your La-Z-Boy without having to leave your gin and juice. Check out BidOnColumbus.com, a hip little online auction that has some good deals on potential gifts. It ends at 8 p.m. Friday, so don't dawdle.
Carriage rides: Want to feel like you're in a 1950's Christmas commercial? Then it's time for a carriage ride in 30-degree weather! Check it out at the Landings on Airport Thruway, 6-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. You can always visit Santa while you're there. The jolly old elf will be there from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Never miss a local story.
Get your art on: Your family likely has no taste in art. Help them out this holiday season by hitting the Britt David Studio, 2700 Britt David Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. If you find that picture of all the wigs, let me know.
You light up my life
