Members of Holsey Chapel CME Church will welcome back its former pastor, the Rev. Allen Page III, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and sign unveiling of its newest annex, named in his honor on Sunday.
The ribbon-cutting is 12:30-1 p.m.
This is also the church’s 126th Anniversary and Family and Friends Day. Page served as pastor of Holsey Chapel CME Church for nine years before being named senior pastor of Carter’s Temple CME Church in Chicago last July.
The Allen Page III Complex, formerly the old Tom’s building, was purchased by the church in 2005 under Page’s leadership.
