Columbus police say a woman flagged down a driver early Monday and offered him oral sex for $15 — an offer he accepted and which led to both of their arrests, reports state.
Alicia Mae Mull, 26, and Darius Cortez Alexander, 25, both of Columbus, are charged with prostitution and pandering, respectively, in connection with the rendezvous that happened around 1:25 a.m., police said.
According to reports, the woman flagged down the driver near Victory Drive and Elvan Avenue. She said she’d perform oral sex for $15, and the driver agreed.
An officer on patrol spotted a 2007 black Dodge Charger pull into Heritage Apartments, 3400 Marathon Drive, and stop in a parking spot. The vehicle’s lights were off and the car remained stationary for 10 minutes, police said.
Officer Nathan Tooley then approached the car, and he “observed both subjects beginning the acts upon making contact with the vehicle,” reports state.
Police said that the driver told the officer that the woman had flagged him down and offered the sex act for $15.
Both were arrested and taken to the Muscogee County Jail, records state.
