A meeting will be held tonight at the Muscogee County Public Education Center on Macon Road to discuss the construction process for the new G.W. Carver High School.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and Carver parents, teachers, alumni and residents of the neighborhoods around the school are urged to attend. Representatives from the school district, Freeman & Associates and Balfour Beatty Construction Management will be there to answer questions and explain the process.
Ground breaking for the new school is scheduled later this month.
