The double homicide case against 24-year-old James Brock, accused of shooting the mother of his two children and her friend, continues today.
James is accused of fatally shooting Tyesha McNair and Terence Clark, both 21, in the early hours of Oct. 13, 2009, at McNair's Crystal Court apartment. Clark was found lying in a parking lot outside. McNair was found curled on her living room floor in the fetal position with her hands covering her face.
Marvell Glover, a former coworker of Brock's, testified Tuesday that Brock came to his home shortly after the shootings, confessed and asked Glover to be his alibi. Alexander Macon, another former coworker of Brock's, testified that Brock came to his home before that, dropped off a gun and got some different clothes from Macon.
