At approximately 3:25 a.m. today, two men were arrested for trafficking cocaine, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license, Columbus Police records show.
They were arrested on Manchester Expressway.
Joshua Lykes, 23, and Adrian Lewis, 27, both of Columbus, were arrested.
Officer Ray Harralson was on patrol and observed a vehicle without headlights on. After stopping the vehicle, Harralson discovered 29.2 grams of crack cocaine, with a street value of $2,920, the report states. In addition, he found 4.5 grams of marijuana, with a street value of $45.
The evidence was packaged and sealed and will be tested.
Both Lykes and Lewis remain in the Muscogee County Jail, jail records show.
The case remains under investigation.
