The famous bunny siblings, Max and Ruby, bring their show, "Max & Ruby: Bunny Party," to the Bill Heard Theatre, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway, on May 19.
For more than 30 years, Max and Ruby's adventures have been chronicled by writer and illustrator Rosemary Wells. Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. turned the book series into an animated show for five years, 2002-07.
In this stage version, Max and Ruby have a million things to do for a surprise party. You have to guess who the surprise guest is. The show also explores sibling relationships.
The show is a 70-minute long production with music, costuming and great sets.
Tickets are $14.50, $19.50 and $24.50, and go on sale at 10 a.m. April 14.
