Three juveniles face accusations they shoplifted from several stores at Peachtree Mall on Sunday, Columbus police said.
According to reports, police responded to the mall at 3131 Manchester Expressway at 4:05 p.m. about a shoplifting report. The three juveniles, whose ages are unknown, are accused of taking $19.99 flip flops from the Shoe Department, $104 worth of items from Aeropostle, $35 worth of clothes from Hollister, $73.50 worth of clothes from American Eagle and $64.99 worth of clothes from Dillards.
One of the juveniles told officers he lived in Phenix City. However, his mother gave police a Columbus address. That juvenile was also charged with giving false information to a police officer, reports state.
