A Lee County grand jury has indicted a Columbus violin teacher on charges of enticing a child for immoral purposes.
Mario R. Urbina, 46, turned himself in today to police in Auburn, Ala., authorities said. He initially was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of sexual abuse of a child.
Authorities began investigating the case in late October in response to a report by a Department of Human Resources representative. Police said his bond was set at $5,000.
