Columbus police arrested a man Wednesday afternoon on accusations he was firing a gun in a bar’s parking lot, reports state.
James S. Turley, 58, is charged with reckless conduct, disorderly while intoxicated and discharging a firearm within the city limits, police said.
According to police, officers responded about 3:10 p.m. to shots being fired at Homer’s Lounge, 4319 Victory Drive. Officers spotted Turley at the scene when they arrived, and he was arrested moments later.
Police say no one was injured in the incident.
