An Auburn woman was arrested for theft Friday, police said.
According to an Auburn police press release, Neshana S. Holloway, 32, was arrested on a warrant and charged with second degree theft of property.
Her arrest stems from a September 2011 incident, when a woman told police that she'd left her wallet in a shopping cart at a local store and someone had taken it. When the wallet was found, $650 was missing, police said.
Holloway was developed as a suspect in the case and turned herself in at the Auburn police department, the release stated. She was transported to the Lee County Detention Center where her bond was set at $3,000.
