A woman was arrested Wednesday morning after she cut her husband with a knife, Columbus police said.
Elisa Wolfe, 22, is charged with aggravated assault and third-degree child cruelty, reports state.
According to reports, Wolfe cut her husband during an argument. She told officers she’d tried to hit her husband and that they fought. After the fight, she grabbed a knife swung at her husband, who had small cuts on his right hand and chest.
Someone can be charged with third-degree child cruelty when a child younger than 18 sees or hears someone commit a felony, state law says.
Officers then arrested Wolfe at her Bowie Avenue home, police said.
