CSU police arrested a suspect Wednesday morning on accusations he used a cellphone to clandestinely take photos in a men’s shower.
Allen Tyrone Cooper, 24, is charged with eavesdropping, surveillance or intercepting communications which invades the privacy of another, reports state.
According to reports, Cooper put a cellphone under a shower stall about 2:50 p.m. Monday in the men’s locker room of the Student Recreation Center. Police arrested Cooper at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday at the police department on main campus.
Cooper faces one to five years in prison if convicted of the felony.
