A Phenix City driver faces drug charges after he failed to use his turn signal Monday afternoon, Columbus police said.
John O. Dunn, 49, faces charges of possession of marijuana and a violation of the state’s controlled substance act, reports state.
According to police, an officer saw Dunn about 1:30 p.m. Monday driving a 1999 Jeep Cherokee near Oates Avenue and 23rd Street. Dunn failed to use his turn signal, and the officer stopped his vehicle.
Police say they found $98 worth of marijuana and $10 in crack cocaine after stopping Dunn.
