Judge Michael Cielinski sent Robert Junior Taylor’s case to Muscogee Superior Court. Taylor’s being held without bond in the death of Lakeisha Shoulders, 32, of 4249 Debby St., Apt. C, where the couple had a TV-busting domestic dispute about a month earlier, according to police reports.
Shoulders was found wounded around 1 p.m. outside her home. She died later at the hospital. After the shooting, Taylor left the apartment with the couple’s 9-year-old daughter, whom he left unharmed at this parents’ home, police said.

Investigators said Shoulders and Taylor previously had domestic disputes and another disturbance ensued shortly before the shooting.
Among the couple’s violent encounters was one reported about a month before Shoulders’ shooting.
Police were called to Shoulders’ apartment around 9:30 a.m. Feb. 24, when Taylor told officers a fight started as he was trying to leave the apartment.
Shoulders became so angry she pushed Taylor’s $349, 32-inch television down the stairs, damaging it, he told police. Taylor in turn shattered her TV by putting his knee through the screen of her $200, 43-inch Samsung, Shoulders told police.
When Taylor walked outside to get into his 1992 Nissan Sentra, Shoulders took a cooking pot and slammed it against the car’s windshield, cracking it, officers said.
Police that day filed two criminal trespass reports based on family violence, one listing Taylor as the complainant and Shoulders as the suspect, the other designating Shoulders the complainant and Taylor the suspect.
While Taylor’s being held without bond on his murder charge. Cielinski set a bond of $15,000 on Taylor’s charge of using a firearm to commit a crime.
