Update (Wednesday, 1:13 p.m.):
Bond was set during a Wednesday morning Recorder's Court hearing for a man and a woman charged with shooting at a Forestside Drive residence Monday morning.
Residents told police that the case began after Marcus Bell, 22, continued to harass residents at the home on the 1600 block of Forestside Drive.
One resident, who served as a witness during the 8 a.m. court hearing, said Bell was temporarily staying at the home about a week prior to the shooting. The same day as the shooting, Bell allegedly called the 28-year old victim, told him that he was outside the house and asked the victim to send his girlfriend outside to meet him. Bell said he wanted the girlfriend to come outside so that he and Jasmine Lee could fight with her.

The victim was not home when he received the call. By the time he got back to the residence, police had already arrived in response to an anonymous caller.
At 1:47 a.m. Monday, while the victim and his girlfriend were standing outside on the porch, a white Sudan pulled up. Bell, who was a passenger in the vehicle, then allegedly used an unspecified gun to shoot at the resident and his girlfriend. There were three small children in the house at the time of the shooting. One bullet casing was found in the living room closet.
Police later found Bell after looking near his Crystal Valley mobile home.
Bell was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of reckless conduct and possession of a firearm during a crime. During the hearing, he said that a third person who was driving the car was actually the one to fire the gun.
Judge Michael Cielinski set Bell's bond at $21,000.
Lee was charged with two counts of aggravated assault because she was in the vehicle and knew about the plan to return to the house. Her bond was set at $10,000.
