A man was robbed of more than $500 in goods and cash Thursday, according to a Columbus Police Department report.
Officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Vivian Lane at about 3:30 a.m. Thursday in response to an armed robbery. The victim told police that he had been robbed at the intersection of Brennan Road and Aldridge Road by a man who held a gun to his face. The man allegedly took the victim's laptop, $40 in cash and $100 worth of other equipment.
The victim described the suspect as a 6-foot-3-inch, light-skinned black man with a lean build and "bad skin."
