Six Papa John's employees and one customer were held at gunpoint Monday during an armed robbery at the chain's Victory Drive location, according to a Columbus Police report.
Victims told police that at about 7:15 p.m. Monday, three suspects armed with handguns demanded money from the Papa John's located on the 3900 block of Victory Drive. Two of the suspects ordered everyone on the floor after they retrieved keys to the safe from the store manager.
An undetermined amount of money was taken from one of the cash registers and the store safe. The suspects also took the cash drawer.
The suspects then fled on foot towards Lambert Drive.
Police were unable to provide a sufficient description of the men as of Thursday morning.
