A man accused of urinating on merchandise in the Airport Thruway Circle K told a Columbus Recorders Court judge he was sleepwalking.
Martin Bruce, 18, claims he was asleep when he wandered into the 2536 Airport Thruway store about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday and urinated on several sale items. An employee called police and detained Bruce until officers arrived.
Charged with disorderly conduct, Bruce said he did not remember the incident and pleaded not guilty.
Judge Michael Cielinski fined him $250.
