It's that time again.
After revisiting memories of a reader who made a gargoyle costume out of newspapers last year, we decided to serve up the challenge again.
Make a costume out of Ledger-Enquirer newspapers and you could win a $150 Visa gift card. That prize will go to the top costume overall, but we'll give movie tickets to other entries that catch our attention. In addition to giving away prizes, we'll feature some of the top costumes on our website.
Be creative. We'll accept adult costumes, kids' costumes and pet costumes.
Interested? Email a photo of your costume to firstname.lastname@example.org by 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29. You must include your name, address and phone number in the email. You'll get a confirmation email once we've received your submission.
You're not required to make a costume entirely out of newspapers. If you prefer, simply add a newspaper-made accessory to an existing costume. But feel free to go overboard. In fact, your chances of winning increase with every newspaper you use. We'll judge on creativity and use of the Ledger-Enquirer. Good luck!
