Police initially knocked on Shane Lee Jolley's door Sunday to make sure he wasn't hurting himself.
Jolley, 42, who is charged with cocaine possession, was reported at about 3:30 a.m. for threatening to injure himself. He invited two officers who were checking on him inside his Second Avenue home. There, one of the officers allegedly pointed out a marijuana pipe inside a box on the coffee table.
Following a search, officers found 2.3 grams of marijuana in three bags and another pipe he called a "one hitter." At Muscogee County Jail, officers found a bag containing 3 grams of suspected cocaine in his underwear's waistband.
Jolley was additionally charged with crossing the guardline, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana.
