Court: Man batters teen for 'not doing dishes correctly'

A man acquitted of child cruelty in May faces family violence charges again after he allegedly shoved his 13-year-old relative into the sink for not doing the dishes correctly, according to court testimony. Brandon Wallis, 31, faced one charge of aggravated stalking and two charges of simple battery during the Monday morning hearing. His aggravated stalking charge was later dropped.
